The Diagnostic Fee

The Diagnostic fee is the initial cost to arrive, find any and all problems, give price and recommendations for repair of your comfort system. The diagnostic fee is included with the price quote of repair. If the repair is declined the Diagnostic fee still applies and is warranted for 30 days. All repairs are warranted for 1 year unless extended warranties of parts are applied.

The 1 Time Maintence

The one time maintence visit (per system) service is designed for comfort systems that needs more than just repairs. It includes Diagnostics and testing the overall function of the whole system. The coils and drain lines will be cleaned every visit. Along with light chemical cleanings of the outdoor system and leaves removed. This is a 18 step annual visit for any season.

The All Comfort Agreement

A yearly service agreement (per system) that includes 2 seasonal maintenece visits, 15% discounts on repairs, diagnostic, emergency and after hour fees waived with priorty service.
